Refund policy

We want you to love your leash. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in 
their original condition. Because leather is a natural material, we cannot accept 
returns on items that show signs of use, conditioning, or exposure to water.

To start a return, email hello@shopbrindle.com with your order number. We'll send 
a return label and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your leash arrives with a manufacturing defect — a faulty clasp, broken stitch, 
or hardware issue — we will replace it.
